Be Still And Know

In the midst of our adversities,
When all hope seems to be no more,
There's a Saviour whom we can turn to,
Who stands at our hearts' door,
Saying, "Be still and know I am God."


When our questions go unanswered,
And our prayers appear to fall on deaf ears,
Be assured that the Lord, He is listening!
The message He has is quite clear,
"Be still, and know I am God."


Wait upon His precious plans and promises,
Be not quick to outrun His will,
For His ways and thoughts are not ours,
In HIS timing ALL things will be fulfilled,
If we'd just "Be still and know HE IS GOD."
