Faith

Real Faith is like a blanket,
That keeps you cozy and warm.
While we trust in our Savior,
In a raging storm.

Faith is the assurance,
Of the fullness of life...
Of the loyalty of our heavenly Father,
To rescue us from daily strife.

Faith is BELIEVING,
In God's eternal Word...
And as we rest in His Truth,
Our prayers will never go unheard.

Faith is total reliance,
On Jesus, the King of Kings,
He is steadfast and our safe haven...
He is Life's only MainSpring!

Faith is complete honesty,
Confession is good for the soul...
And when we admit wrong doing,
We're on the way to becoming whole.

Faith is holy reverence,
To the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit...
The enduring "Three-In-One"
In whom our lives we commit.

Without faith we are the losers,
That's when our enemies win...
Put on the crown of Faith,
And turn our back to self-centered sin.

Open your hearts to Jesus,
He will put your hearts at rest...
Bathed in the baptism of faith,
We are wonderfully blessed.
