Is It Worth It?

Is it worth it to serve Jesus,
and be talked about,
While some will look down
upon you, no doubt.

Is it worth it to see others
living so high,
while you are struggling,
and wondering why.

Is it worth it that others,
get to teach a class,
and you feel so left out,
while they have a blast.

Is it worth it if the pastor
never calls on you,
when there's so much that
you'd like to do.

Don't worry my child,
you hear Jesus say,
when you feel like this,
it's important to pray.

There are many things,
that you can do,
while you're doing them,
always stand true.

It's not so important
that you will be seen,
while doing my work
you know what I mean?

I will reward you,
for all that you do,
rewards will be great
you'l live with me too.

You ask if it's worth it,
and I'll say yes,
I'll not act like some
and say, I guess.

I'm not looking to man,
to fill all my needs,
I'll just follow my Jesus,
wherever He leads.

it will be worth it all,
to look on His face,
and know that I made it
saved by His Grace.

I'm going to Heaven,
to see Jesus my King,
when I get there,
It will be worth everything.
