Spring Again
Spring waltzes across the valleys
Beneath soft white clouds on high
And I heard the sweet songs of robins
And the bluebirds flying high
I see the pale green buds
That cover every bush and tree
I see daffodils and crocus blooming
and hear the buzzing of the bumble bee
The gentle breeze of springtime
Whispers to the awakening heart
Green pastures hug the hillside
It's God's own work of art
The children are laughing and playing
Happy that winter has gone its way
Looking forward to summer treats
Goodbye to winter's frosty bouquet

It gives me a warm feeling in my heart to write poetry. I am a "Golden Ager" shut-in and writing keeps my mind busy with something I've done ever since I was a child, and it's my way of sharing our LORD with who ever comes to visit. Thanks for reading my poetry - I'd love to hear your comments. May God richly bless you. Send emails to: EvaYoung@SkyWriting.Net
