Stone to Flesh

The Lord turned my heart from stone

To a heart of flesh and love

I always thought I was alone

Till I searched for God above

I read and searched his holy words

I had never seen before

Then he sent His Spirit

That made me search for more

Your blessed holy word O Lord

Can make the simple wise

I pray and search it everyday

To be pleasing in your eyes
