As Bob Goff said, we are rough drafts. We are still in process. With this realization, we begin to give ourselves grace. We begin to realize that failures are not endings to a story, but the new chance that we so desperately needed.
Grace becomes our greatest ally. When we see that we are in process, we begin to apply that grace to ourselves.
You are not your last mistake, you are your next step.

Leo Tolstoy
Let us begin to usher grace and understanding into our own lives. This is where the new drafts of our story can begin. We can begin to become more than a rough draft. We are being written with each passing moment and decision. Let us learn with each misstep and grow into the story we were meant to be.
There is nothing with which every man is so afraid as getting to know how enormously much he is capable of doing and becoming.
Soren Kierkegaard
You are being written. Learn from the mistakes. Grow from the journey. And let us share our drafts of our stories with each other so we can all grow together.
