Let us stand on the promises of the Lord. If we have to lean . . . Let us lean on His everlasting arms. If we have to rest . . . Let us rest at His comforting side. If we have to sing . . . Let us sing and rejoice in His courts. If we have to dance . . . Let us dance like King David danced. If we have to sleep . . . Let us sleep in His green pastures. If we have to eat . . . Let us eat out of His Word, our daily bread. If we have to surrender . . . Let us surrender at the feet of the Cross. If we have to be loved . . . Let us give our hearts to Him, the only true love. |
